Just call our Customer Service Representatives and they can assist you with your order and answer any questions you may have. In today’s fast-paced work environment, customers may forget to place an order. To assist with this, we can make friendly reminder calls the day before scheduled delivery dates.
Emails
These work well and provide our customers with the option of receiving a confirmation receipt.
Fax Machines
Faxes are tried and true but the most time-consuming of all. Not only do you need to have a printed copy of the order, but you also need to take it to the fax machine and wait for a confirmation. That being said, if faxes are your preferred method of communication, we’re ready and willing.
Online Ordering
This option has become our fastest growing and most common for ordering. It offers several tools that provide helpful information that saves time (TI$). It gives you the ability to look at previous orders which assist in calculating week-to-week volumes and identifying unusual volume spikes.
Set up your own shopping list for the items you want to order. Once you have established your list and ordered the first time, you simply click the re-order button. This allows you to create a new order by adjusting the quantities from the previous order. The website lists our full menu with customer pricing, shows pictures of the products, identifies sale items, and offers a note box to make comments when placing an order.
PO numbers can be entered and will include the order’s total dollar amount. After the order has been placed, an automatic confirmation email is sent to the customer’s email making it easy to keep track of orders being processed. Our online site is also very popular for people ordering outside of normal business hours and for the public transportation commuters who place their orders on the way to work or home.

Fill and bill is another service we offer. For a slightly higher cost, A.H. Route Drivers will manage the inventory in your supply closet. We will set a standard inventory level with you and then our Driver takes it from there to manage the rest.
